It’s hard to tell what the future holds, especially when the world is so rapidly changing. Ideally, I’ll land a senior technical pre-sales position in an exciting company where I can make a strong contribution. My preferred employer would hire based on experience, and I would advance because of my merits and achievements. I’d love to have a hand in helping to make the world better for all. I truly believe that one can not reasonably hope to succeed in the future, without consideration of the past.

In the meanwhile, I will continue to pursue technical training and certification. My goal is to achieve the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification by passing Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

I am also continuing to work on developing my business Gaspard Kitchen, LLC. I love to cook, and my published recipe collection is steadily growing with over 200 tested and documented recipes. GaspardKitchen.com is seeing steadily increasing traffic and many visitors are returning.
Once I see sufficient daily traffic, I will begin offering items for sale. I intend to resell high-quality kitchen-related merchandise. Additionally, I will offer crafted spice blends and sauces. If I identify traffic hot-spots, I will focus on generating other revenues by supporting local community small business through geographically bound advertisements.
I will make decisions for my business based on factual data analysis. If my business becomes wildly successful, it will be my primary focus. If it succeeds moderately, it will become a side-hustle. If it does not succeed financially, it will be a legacy of great recipes that I can share with my family and friends.
While I am on LinkedIn, I do not otherwise choose to participate in social media. I have never felt the need to share my private thoughts or political opinions with strangers. Therefore, I am not on Facebook, X, TikTok, or Instagram. I have seen second-hand the endlessly addictive scrolling and waste of time that these platforms generate. I’d much rather focus my time on something productive, and on sharing something useful. I’d prefer for my voice not be reduced to bit of noise in the deafening static that is social media.
My friends, family and associates know that they can always reach me by phone, by email or in person. I prefer to communicate directly and to speak my mind without the influence or opinion of strangers. I predict that interaction with social media will be an unfortunate necessity for my business to succeed. I think I will need to hire someone I trust to help with that aspect of things.

I am well setup for remote work, and been successfully working remotely for years.
- I live near Tulsa, Oklahoma which puts me right in the middle of the country. I can easily cover all of North America, and have been doing so successfully in various positions for years.
- I have a well-provisioned home office with a large desk, comfortable chair, modern compute infrastructure, video conferencing ability, and a rock-solid Internet connection.
- I am no stranger to travel, and would willingly and regularly do so for in-person meetings.
- I am not a slacker. I actively engage in daily business and I am always reachable while I am at work. Whether in-person or remote, I will work hard to gain your trust that I can be effective and productive in any office situation.
I am open to work! If you know of an open position where you think I would be a great fit, please reach out!
