Teamwork skills are essential when developing large-scale, complex technical architectures in a fast-paced sales environment. It is impossible for one person to have all of the skills or time required to do this alone. While there are tasks that can be accomplished individually, working within tightly-coupled teams with near constant communication has been my experience for most of my career.
