As System Support Engineer 4, I was a fly-and-fix, area-level support technician covering the entire State of Texas. As such, I was the lead technician on all major systems installations, including massive Unix compute clusters requiring large storage systems and complex network systems.

I have installed thousands of compute systems in my career at Sun Microsystems, Sigma Solutions, Exebridge, and WANdisco. In the most recent decade, systems installations have largly transitioned from physical hardware to virtual systems. I have extensive experience with both.
